We offer a true $5.00 flat-rate shipping deal via USPS. You can fill up your cart with as many items as you want, and they will all ship together in the same box for just $5.00 total for the whole order. Load up your cart without worrying about extra shipping fees. Packages are sent Ground Advantage, tracked and insured. We ship to mainland US, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

We know you are excited to get your new jewelry. Orders are securely packed and typically mailed out within two business days. Your package will include full USPS tracking and carrier insurance automatically.

Every single order from Charm Land Jewelry is custom-made just for you! For this reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review all listing descriptions, measurements, and photos carefully before checking out.

Your shipment is fully insured. In the rare event that the postal service handles your package roughly and it arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Send us clear photos of the damaged jewelry, the shipping box with the shipping label attached, and the packing materials so we can file an insurance claim and get it sorted out for you right away.
