By purchasing from Charm Land Jewelry, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Shipping & Delivery: We offer a $5.00 flat rate shipping fee to the US, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico for any number of items shipped in the same box. Orders are usually mailed within two business days via USPS with tracking and insurance included. Please ensure your shipping address is completely accurate at checkout; we are not responsible for shipments lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

• Limitation of Liability: Charm Land Jewelry is not liable for delayed transit times, carrier errors, or damages occurring after the package is securely handed over to the USPS.

• Digital Photograph Variations: Minor variations in color, size, and appearance may occur compared to listing photos. The colors in digital photos appear slightly different depending on the device screen and settings used to view them.

• Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout in accordance with state laws.

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, USA.
